Apk in Store hochladen, Problem mit Screenshots

Hallo,

ich habe eine kleine "Hello World" Anwendung geschrieben, die ich gerne für Lau in den App Store stellen möchte. Die App an sich läuft, nur das beim Hochladen der obligatorischen Screenshots gibt es ein Problem.
Ich erhalte immer die Meldung:

Die Antwort kann nicht geparst werden. Falls Sie eine Browsererweiterung oder ein Add-on installiert haben, die bzw. das die JSON-Antwort ändert, deaktivieren Sie diese(s) bitte und aktualisieren Sie diese Seite.

was mache ich falsch ?!

Nein, die Anwendung kann schon noch mehr aber es ist eben meine erste für die Platform und daher nicht so aufwendig.
Die Extentions und AddOns sind alle deaktiviert, bzw. nicht vorhanden. Die Meldung erscheint auch bei einem frisch installierten Chrome ...

This seems to be the reason. But for now, I can't event Acceppt the publishing "rules". But this also seems to be a "known issue".

To be honest, I didn't expect the market to be that unreliable from the developers point of view.

Suppose the only thing I can do is wait and try in a few hourse again? Or is there anything I could try to get those issues solved ?

btw: my postal address changed since I create my googlemail account. Is there any way to change this ? I searched the web, but all I found were 25000 pages that describe how to change the password, but nothing about to change the postal address....
