Lead Mobile Developer (iOS/Android)

As Lead Developer, you will actively help to shape an exciting area of our company and will be the driving force in the development of our mobile and social games platform. You will work with our creative team of product managers, developers and marketing specialists as well as our graphic designers.

Your Tasks
- You will actively help shape a new area of our company by leading a cross-platform team (iOS, Android, Flash) together with our Technical Director
- You are responsible for the design and implementation of one game
- Ensure that teams follow architectural guidelines and deliver high quality code
- Identify weaknesses and optimize functionality and performance
- As first contact person
for technical questions, you will guide development teams,
transfer knowledge and coordinate communication between teams - Participate in concept development, review and pair-programming
- Contribute to all phases of our development cycle (analysis, design, implementation, test)
What we expect
- Completed university degree in the field of computer science or similar
- You are proud of your contribution, from scratch through to release, to successful mobile, PC or console titles
- Strong knowledge of common game architecture and design patterns
Experience with different programming languages, particularly with
long-term focus object-orientated programming (C++, C, Java etc.) - Experience and ability to lead and mentor teams
- Familiar with agile methodology, experience with Scrum is an advantage
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practice
